Health Act 2009

Health Act 2009 Briefs

It is essential that we reach all MPs – but especially the new ones brought in at the last General Elections – to make the case for tobacco control, and above all to defend the ban on Point of Sale displays.

Please write to your MP to say you support the legislation and to ask them to:

  • protect the ban on point of sale displays included in the Health Act 2009,
  • pondemn tobacco industry attempts to over turn the law in the courts,
  • support calls to review Smokefree Legislation in 2010.

For ideas about what to put in your letter please see our Campaign Letters page.

You can email your MP here. If you don't know who your MP is please click here.

You can also email your MP via this website: www.writetothem.com
